Hahaha..LOL.. Geez Mike, its not looking to promising - I'll call it a day on my shorts too if it can get to 155.50... Figures MoM as forecasted, YoY better than expected..Well, that certainly puts us in a different position.. With no figures of any consequence coming out tomorrow, I may well quit soon.. I don't like the way its holding above 156.00 now..

Damn, volatility took my stop, even though it was 20pips+ away from the highest spike...
Im pissed :x
Especially since now it seems to be going down (actually I was planning to put my stop to breakeven, I too don't like how high it is, combined with the stock market rise etc...)

Yeah my thoughts exactly. Might just hangon till tomorrow, then get out of my short. Seems like there are alot of lower highs still though since 8/7. Possible time for a reversal or wait a bit longer.... decisions decisions.

Still looking for the right spot to put in my long But seems like i missed the boat a few days ago with the 153.6... doh

Well le probleme isn't that the market took my stop... it didnt and I would have been fine with that anyway (my loss are quite small given the capital risked)... The broker did took my stop though and that is what is pissing me off ^^
A spread of 20+ pips at the released reached my stop, not the market price...

Perfect doji closing again, after a retest of the declining resistance(albeit higher than the previous one...). Im not ready to play this one though... Im sure I should

It is still only Thursday - a lot of people weren't expecting the absolute bottom until Friday or most likely Monday or Tuesday of next week. I think we all got excited by the surge down to 153 area, but it might not have finished with it just yet.

Don't forget USA unemployment later - will give the USD/JPY a shove and the knock-on is usually felt here too.

Personally I think you should make your target - we seem trapped in a region at the moment and it can't decide when to break out.

hye clocksley..

my first target at FE 61.8 (154.45) or at my supprt 1 (154.09)
2nd target at FE 100 (153.20)
and last target at FE 161.8 (151.20)..

i will continue watching my current EW count which i assume moving to make wave 3.. no doubt there will a bounce.. but i will make a fresh sell position if i see an oppoturnity.. btw.. i think my count is still valid bcoz there are no violation to cmplete wave 2..

happy trading

154.5 is about the area we are bouncing from - usually with a spike down before retracing.
The crucial point is if we can make a sustained break into the 153's without coming back up, then we might see a considerable fall. I have three small shorts from 156.4 and will close them when I see some more bouncing or an H4 doji again.

The lesson I am learning - and with painful experience! - is not to trade on small time frames at each end of the larger waves. I am only on H4 and D1 at the moment and spending a lot of time sitting it out.

The alternative scenario is that we mimic the previous H4 wave up to 157.3 but I have a (1) semafor on the last H4 candle suggesting at least a minor fall which so far it has from 156.6 to 155.6 as we speak.
