I used 7 series of historical charts to compare. I'll post the chart here.

This is for week 4, this weeks solution.

I added 12 noon marks to the solution here so that it is easier to see the turn point time in relation to the lines. The vertical dashes are 12 noon New York time.

On this post, I am posting the full solutions for each week as I have them on paper. I printed the historical charts and did the solution by pencil, and scanned to the computer. This is so everyone that is interested can have all the data that I have and you can see how its done and if you want additional pairs to get solutions to, you know how you can do it.

The week of June 21, 2009 is the #1 week. Starting from there, you can determine which week each solution belongs to. The cycle repeats every 4 weeks.

Hope this helps everyone who uses it.

Actually, this rally over the past hour has me thinking that a longer term bottom has been made. I mean longer term as in a bottom that will produce a move higher for the next 4 or 5 days. I think I will not short now but look to go long rather at the #11 low which is due in about 6 to 9 hours (9pm to 1am or so).

Added: I bet 1.6450 is the 10 high, but I am not going to trade short now.

hey tks inform.
i hv bought the gbp earlier as i saw 16210 db, then 16260& 16300 hold.
but mkt doesnt seem there is firm direction of seen top nor seen bottom yet.
moreover, eur broke 13930 near term top is ard 14000 which is gd to sell?

anyway look forward to yr 6to9hrs time of buy later.

Look for a dip on 5 or 15 minute charts and look for the start of an up move about the time when the 11 low is due. The 11 low could be early.

As I said previously I have been bullish GBP for a long while (since March) so perhaps we are trading different time frames........

Anyway it is 03.22 (Asia) and 15.22 US as I write. GBP is back up to 1.641.......there was a dip (caused by the fundies as I said earlier) but I consider this to be a blip in the longer term cycle.

I have been out all evening but just quickly checked my hourly and daily charts.........still looks bullish to me. Today's candle has not closed out yet but it should be a higher low...

Conclusion you must be a scalper?

Cheers,

Fred
