The old school LTD rotatation has made life easier...

5a-b at the March low, 6 at the Aug high , point 7 at that Oct low now off up towards the 8.

That LTD roatation from the 1.57 low

Hi MW,

According to your delta count, when is the next SLTD delta point due, and do you expect that to be a significant top?

My short term view

On 5 min chart, there is Head and Shoulders pattern.
Once the neckline is broken, it could drop to 1.671* area.
I don't understand how somebody can go long at 1.677* . I wonder where your SL is, Breeze?

Hi KP,

In answer to the post that is elsewhere but not here at present..

There is no "better" in my book for results are results and I'm not competing on "better", just my own analysis and interpretation of whats given.

As You know, I traded on 2 accounts (now 3) and that allows me to trade long term, short term, swing, trend, scalp, and various other opportunities that cross my eye.

In response to "how many Years, Months, Weeks"..

I believe the chart below shall answer that for You.

Nevertheless, like You quoted earlier "its no time to pick tops or bottoms" although despite that, with an entry at 1.6422 and an exit at 1.6838 (as reported at the time this morning) then one may be glad to say that the cat chose a little early in the moment.

A WHOLE 6 PIPS !!!!!

It shall soon be time to take the real long one on this...

I think I mentioned that before too.

By the way.. thats 14/14 which if I recall from maths is 100% accuracy.

correction time

unless price decides to turn around based on a 1 hour chart, I'm going to be looking for that pullback to test either that 1.67 or 1.6686 area. At that point I'm looking to go long.

Even though price is already testing the 1.6715 level I'd rather not remake a chart I was going to show as a demonstration.

So, this here would be a "Best Case Scenario" for me to go long.

discuss-gbp-usd-dailyfx-analyst-rrgsfhs.jpg

If price falls too hard, too fast, then I would look to enter long at the .618 retracement level at 1.66177. However, if it does test that level then I will be sceptical and will not enter until I see strong evidence that it does want to retrace back up.

---

by the way, I hope you were able to close out your trade at a good time yesturday KP Trader, that was some nice movement after I closed!

mildredthecat,
I believe it was your words that indicated you had left the building, so therefore, that amongst other reasons, the post was likely removed. In fact I went to send you a PM and that was closed out as well.

14/14, excellent job. almost worthy of worship, but you've got that covered

oh, well you posted a chart with indicators so I thought that you were showing your signal.

Alex, you know what, I was up 100 pips at 5am, but I'm not at my sharpest at the time of day, so I didn't close out for profit. Im going to have to have to develop some more discipline even when Im tired, take my 100 pips and be happy. I added to the position on this pullback, so we'll see if we retest the 6835 high, Ill then close out a portion and leave a portion open. It may be a day or so, Im thinkin the pair will be ranging for a bit.

short term bearish structure going strong......

trendline coming in @ anywhere between 6610/30 --- presenting the the "best buy" option

a sustained break lower could lead towards 6500 and lower

always the possibility that 6700 holds and we continue the push up

good day all

Let we see IF this could be realistic.
Iam moving now my SELL STOP order higher.

So gbpusd SELL STOP on 1.6580 (stop and target 200+ pips)

Cable - initial target 1.70?

Cable still holding above 1.67 and 1.70 looms.
USD sentiment at the extreme negative which rings an alarm for me because if the market turns it will be vicious. Bubble economics yet again.

Long cable until 1.70 before I consider any shorts unless the market tells me otherwise.

what i had considered the lower probability move in the short term has transpired and reinstated the bullish push

above 6700 is indeed bullish, 6800+ could be very close

good day all
