Mobile Rates Charts not working consistently

Hi,

I use the rates.fxcm.com to quickly look at charts at times, it is good on my cell phone. But recently, I noticed the charts are not coming up consistently. Sometimes I have to refresh 8-10 times before a chart comes up.

When it fails, I see an empty chart with the words "no chart available". Here is an example for a EUR/USD daily chart:

Prices: long term graph

Can you help please?
