VB Error for "TradeDeskEventsSink"

Hi All

"Error # 462 was generated by Microsoft.VisualBasic The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable."

I get this error in MS-VB Express 2008 (with SP1) for the command:

sink = CreateObject("FXcore.TradeDeskEventsSink", "FXE_")

Any clue, what is missing here...

I tested the "events.vbs" example from dos-box using CScript / WScript. Both works fine and no issues.
