Nya EU-regler för riskfylld handel

Två år efter Lehman Brothers kollaps och en omtumlande finanskris står EU-kommissionen beredd med nya lagförslag för att reglera handel med derivat, blankning och nakenblankning, alltså finansiella instrument som anses ha drivit på osund spekulation och bidragit till krisens omfattning.
De nya reglerna ska öka öppenheten kring handeln och förbättra kontrollen av vad som sker på denna hittills oreglerade, men lukrativa marknad.
