Netonnets styrelse ber om längre tid

Styrelsen i hemelektronikföretaget Netonnet vill att Siba-ägaren Waldir förlänger anmälningsperioden för det bud som Waldir lagt på företaget. Tiden för att acceptera budet, på 40:50 kronor per aktie kontant, har löpt ut men styrelsen för Netonnet vill att aktieägarna ska få mer tid på sig. Sedan budet lades har Netonnet offentliggjort sin delårsrapport för tredje kvartalet för räkenskapsåret 2010/2011. Netonnet ber om förlängning med minst en vecka.
