EU-domstol tillåter miljöflygskatt
EU-domstolen avslog på onsdagen ett överklagande från amerikanska flygbolag, som anser att EU:s nya miljöskatter på flygtrafik är olagliga. Domen innebär att alla flygbolag som flyger till och från EU:s 27 länder ska betala en skatt på utsläppen från flygplanen. Men frågan har fått principiell betydelse och USA:s utrikesminister Hillary Clinton har varnat för att USA kommer att svara med "lämpliga åtgärder".
