Drygt 69 000 nya företag 2011
Under fjolåret registrerades drygt 69 000 nya företag och sju av tio — en rekordhög andel — var aktiebolag, visar siffror från Bolagsverket som programvaruföretaget Visma har sammanställt. Det faktum att aktiebolagen svarar för merparten av registreringarna ses som en konsekvens av att kravet på aktiekapitalets storlek sänkts och att revisionsplikten slopats för mindre företag.
