Riskkapitalister budar på Jeeves
Riskkapitalbolaget Battery Ventures lägger ett bud på mjukvaruföretaget Jeeves värt 83 kronor kontant per aktie och 13 kronor kontant per teckningsoption. Budet är totalt värt cirka 237 miljoner kronor och innebär en premie om 55 procent jämfört med Jeeves stängningskurs i fredags. En oberoende budkommitté i Jeeves styrelse rekommenderar enhälligt ägarna att säga ja till budet, som läggs via bolaget BV Acquisitions.
