Morddömd släppt på fri fot

Den 28-årige man som dömdes i Blekinge tingsrätt till tolv års fängelse för mordet på en 23-årig man i Karlskrona har släppts på fri fot.Hovrätten i Malmö släppte mannen fri i väntan på domen, som meddelas den 18 juni. Att han släppts indikerar att han inte kommer att dömas för mordet.Den 23-årige mannen försvann i augusti förra året och hittades en dryg månad senare död i Fabbesjön, norr om Karlskrona. Enligt den morddömde mannens advokat är bevisningen mot hans klient bristfällig, uppger lokala medier.
