Betalningsföretaget Klarna anmäler Telia till Konkurrensverket. Klarna anser att Telia missbrukade sin dominerande ställning när operatören stängde av ett kortnummer som kunder använde för att köpa parkeringsbiljetter via sms i Västerås.Enligt Telia var anledningen till att man stängde sms-numret att Västerås stad släppte in Klarnas betalningstjänst. Telias kunder började då få hem fakturor från Klarna, i stället för att betala parkeringsavgiften med Telias mobila plånbok eller få den på sin mobilräkning. Det bröt mot avtalet, anser Telia.
