Bilprovningen säljer 70 stationer

Det svenska företaget Opus Group köper 70 besiktningsstationer av Svensk Bilprovning för 375 miljoner kronor. De 70 stationerna gör cirka två miljoner fordonsinspektioner per år och omsatte i fjol totalt 543 miljoner kronor. Merparten av dem ligger i Stockholm, Mälardalen och norra Sverige, skriver köparen.Opus Group, med huvudkontor i Göteborg, är noterat på OMX First North Premier.
