Europeiska Unionen, EU, får Nobels fredspris för 2012. Det tillkännagav den norska Nobelkommittén under fredagen. - Unionen har i över --- decennier arbetat för demokrati, fred och försoning och mänskliga rättigheter, sade ordföranden Thorbjørn Jagland, när årets pristagare presenterades.Nobels fredspris har delats ut sedan 1901.
