    Release notes:

    - add DAY timeinforce support

    - add support to change quantity on entry oders

    - add trailng limit, limit trailing entry, stop trailing entry order types

    - add ELS contingency type, replaces previous OTO. example in QATest.testELS()

    changes from old OTO (market order with stop/limit attached)

    a) the stop/limit must now be opposite side of primary order and

    b) the contingencytype must now be 101 instead of

    - modify OTO to be true OTO. updated example in QATest.testOTO();

    - enhanced PEG support

    - numerous transport optimizations

    We need all Demo Java API users to update to build 240 so we are able to finish with External Price Terminal deployment. No other changes are needed on clients end.

    Build Notes:

    -fix bug with ext_price_terminal support
    -accept requests for #79 by report id
    -bugfix for requote handling on dealing desk
    -misc..

    All Java API applications have to updated to Build 240. The force update will take in to effect on June 25th 2011. Please update your applications before then.
