BussinessMessageReject received..

Hello,

I have been testing my app for weeks in the Demo connection before I've finally made the switch to the Real connection. Everything worked as usual, but after 2-3 days I've got such message:

BusinessMessageReject{mBusinessRejectReason=ACode{ msCode=0,msLabel=Other,msDesc=Other},mFXCMErrorDet ails=19915;DAS 19915: ZDas Exception

9915;DAS 19915: ZDas Exception
Reached maximum connections=48 !,mTradingSessionID=null,mTradingSessionSubID=null }

It was followed by Logout shortly after. My app by default does sleep for 1 hour before relogin. That was the case, and relogin was successfull this time.

I am pretty sure, that I do issue Login only once and I have only one instance of the app running. Also, I was not issuing any requests to the server at that moment. Is the problem on my side or FXCM side?

How often does this happen?

Did you try turning on FXCM API debug log to further investigate the problem?

It did happened only once so far, but I am using this connection few days only. While this happened, some basic logs from API were turned on, but I did not looked there yet. Let me know where to sent them, as probably I should not have them posted here.

Did it happen after 4 or during the day? If it happened before 4 please attach to log to your post.

Hm, it seems that mail notification stopped to work on your forum, as I did not got it.

The '4' in your response means 4th July?

Anyway, I have got 1 BussinessMessageReject on 7th July, 9 such messages on 8th, 1 on 9th, 3 on 10th and 1 on 11th July. Only one of these messages was followed by logout message - it happened on 8th July 4:14:45 GMT+7.

I am attaching the logs from 8th July.

This was a message that was due to an update that was done to the backend of the server. You should not receive this message going forward. Please let us know if you do.

Thanks for answer. But, what do you mean by 'message going forward'? When the message actually goes to me?

What was meant by that statement was that you should not receive that message, the BussinessMessageReject, anymore. Going through the log you kept getting the same message with BussinessMessageReject which was " Reached maximum connections=48 !".

Please let us know if you do get this message again.

An adjustment was made to the database over the weekend. Please let us know if you have received this error at all this week.

I am still (as of this posting) receiving this error on Price Engine Client queries, if the issue is related. More information is in my posts in the PEC forum.
