Error Messege of submitOrder

Hi,

When our system issues submitOrder by using the exact same price received from FXCM, it gets as following error message.

********************************************
ORA-20113: Insufficient margin in session: J10D2_A7Dm5vNwQOB0TeouEnXPVUtCiIWWFNt8tvMFqQB33bPs EuGG6EX4RSxNhT
', mFXCMOrdStatus=FXCMOrdStatus:Rejected (R), mFXCMOrdType=null, mFXCMPosID='null', mFXCMRequestRejectReason=0, mLastPx=0.0, mLastRptRequested=false, mLeavesQty=0, mMassStatusReqID='null', mOrdStatus=OrdStatus:REJECTED (8), mOrdStatusReqID='null', mOrdType=OrdType:Limit (2), mOrderQty=50,000, mOrigClOrdID='null', mPegInstruction=PegInstruction{mFXCMPegFluctuatePt s=0, mPegMoveType=0, mPegOffsetType=0, mPegOffsetValue=0.0}, mPrice=1.37011, mSide=SideFactory:Undisclosed (7), mStopPx=0.0, mText='19915;DAS 19915: ZDas Exception
ORA-20113: Insufficient margin in session: J10D2_A7Dm5vNwQOB0TeouEnXPVUtCiIWWFNt8tvMFqQB33bPs EuGG6EX4RSxNhT
', mTimeInForce=TimeInForce:Good Till Cancel (1), mTotNumReports=0, mListID='null', mLastQty=0, mOrdRejReason=null}
**********************************************

It issues oder with less amount than one in price data from FXCM.
And also, we tried to create many orders with various amounts like 10,000, 50,000, 500,000, and 1,000,000.
However, we got same error message, 'Insufficient margin'.

How can we avoid this error message?
And also, what does this message exactly mean?

Please give me your advice.

Best Regards,
Kino----a

This error message means there is not enough margin in your account to open a trade. For example, if your account is in 200:1 leverage, you will need 50 dollars in the Usable Margin to enter a 10,000 trades.

The amount of Usable Margin can be checked easily by logging into Trading Station 2, in the Accounts Window.

Please make sure that there is sufficient margin in your account to enter the trades.

Please take a look at http://www.fxcm.com/margin-and-rollover-faq.jsp#a6a for more information.

Thank you for your advice.

I understood there is not enough margin in our account for order.

However, this occurs in the Demo environment.

How can we put addtional margin in our account in the Demo environment?

Thank you for your corporation.

Best Regards,
Kino----a

Hi Kino----a,

I think you can register for a new demo account, which is much more convenient...

Thank you for your reply.

I will try it.

And also, is it possbile to change balance in my demo account with manual freely, when margin becomes insufficient?

Do you have any idea?

Best Regards,

It is not possible for you to do so. Though, if you are a referring broker, you may be able to speak to your sales representative about having them request additional funds be placed in your demo.
