question re java
I use Linux (Ubuntu). Two months ago, I downloaded the Java app which worked on my computer --- I actually made a few trades.
But last Friday after I successfully bought some EUR, I could not sell it (limit, market, etc). The error message I got: 19915: DAS 19915 zDAS: exception ORA-20222: Functionality is disabled for accounts held with FXCM LLC (US Entity).

What does all this mean? Java was my only option, can't use FXTS(Ubuntu+wine), can't use web-based (Micro account).
Should I just close my account?
If they can make this Java thing work, or have Linux based TS, it would be great!

This rejection has to do with the NFA regulations that went into affect a few months ago. Please contact your sales rep. You can mention you are unable to close out trades, and they can explain in further detail.

To sum it up, you have to place a trade in the opposite direction to close out trades.
