When the new Chinese winner gives his report I have problems downloading it possibly because of the language translation, it does not happen with the Italian or other winners who type their reports in English.

Can you make them type in English so that I can read their tips, hints, and secrets.

Make them type in English? What if you won and they wanted you to type in Chinese?? Did you ever stop to think that maybe they cannot write in English. FXCM should have it translated, but they should not be forced to write in English.

If FXCM was a Chinese company then maybe I would type in Chinese but its not.

The language translation software in those reports freezes my computer I'm not sure if its FXCM or on my end maybe the moderator can share his technical knowledge on this.

    Hi sman1109,

It sounds like the version of Microsoft Word that you have on your computer does not have a Chinese character pack installed. You might want to check to see if you can update it. If that doesn't work, let me know. I can try to re-submit the surveys English-only specifically on this thread.

The reason we keep the original Chinese included with the translation is to keep the integrity of the survey's content from each trader. We let them respond in their native tongue and then translate it internally. Let me know if I need to submit an English-only version.

    Thanks!

    Hi sman1109,

Here are the 1st and 2nd place surveys from March with only English characters. See if they work for you:

    1st Place Survey - English
    2nd Place Survey - English

I strongly recommend looking into adding Chinese characters into your version of Microsoft word so that you can view previous and future reports.

Hello Zoe Loke, and thank you for your post! On behalf of myself and everyone here at FXCM, welcome to the forum community!

Where can I find the surveys and trade reports for the King of the Micro contest winners?

Please click here (Contest Winner Archive) to see the Contest Winner Archive created by my colleague Rob at FXCM. In his post you can find the surveys and trade reports for past King of the Micro winners. You can also find the history of past winners and updates for this month's contest in the King of the Micro Trading Contest section of the forum.

If you don't mind me asking, are you participating in this month's contest?

If so how has it been coming along so far? What type of trading strategy are you utilizing at this time? I may have some resources that can help you to hone your strategy, or develop new ones. Please let me know if there is anything on my end that I can provide for you to make your trading experience a better one. If you aren't participating yet remember:

It's still not too late to participate in next month's King of the Micro contest!

There is no registration form or entry fee required. All live FXCM Micro accounts with a minimum equity of $500 at the beginning of the month are automatically entered in the contest! For the purposes of the contest, the trading month officially begins at 5pm New York time on the last day of the previous month and ends at 5pm New York time on the last day of the month itself. Please click here for more information.

Please click here (Deposit FAQ's) for more information about making deposits. I would suggest depositing by debit or credit card since it is the fastest method of depositing. Please contact me at julius@fxcm.com when you have made the deposit so that I can help expedite the process and ensure that you are eligible to participate.

If you do not already have an FXCM Micro account, you can open an account by clicking here.

Thank you again for your post Zoe Loke! Please feel free to post with additional questions or contact me directly at julius@fxcm.com
