I understand that.

Can you please answer if a person can have two or more demo accounts?

I'd like to know if there is something wrong with the Trading Station on my computer. All the accounts are less than two weeks old. The market is open and only the last demo account I registered works. The others give me a password or user id error. I'm sure I'm using the correct user id and password.

Another problem in Demo log in

Hi guys,
I'm having trouble to logging into my demo account. My live account works fine and my internet connection is fine too.

I've made a demo account a week ago and for about 24 hours I can't access it anymore. When I log in a get a dialog saying Connecting => Initializing and it stays like this for about 3 minutes and finally without any error messages it says => Disconnecting, and that's it.

I made another two demo accounts; same problem. I restarted my computer and no use. Every time I log in to my live account it works fine, when I try to log in to any demo accounts; it just doesn't.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please go to settings at the log in window >> demo >> edit >> at URL: please enter http://microlot.fxcorporate.com or www.fxcorporate.com. Please try the previous suggestion and let us know if that worked.

Thanks Helene,

Actually the problem persisted for about 32 hours and suddenly resolved by itself about 4 hours ago. It looks like it was a problem with the servers!

We actually haven't had any demo server issues. But if the issue happens again, let us know and we will be glad to help!
