Login not recognized
My original account was closed as not active. I deposited new funds and a new account was automatically set up and login details sent by email. However, trying to login, the system does not recognize the 'new' Login/ account number. I retrieved both Login's and the old one (with zero balance) can be accessed but not the newly created one.

I got the same problem. Can not login the new account. But the old one still can login and display the balance 0.
PS. I transfered the balance from the old one to the new one. Who I should contact now?
