,c'est un des meilleurs exercices à mon goût pour savoir se maitriser et paradoxalement acquérir zénitude et bien être : le chemin est long est sinueux, les mauvaisautomatismes sont légions et pires que les morpions , le succés passe par leur neutralisation.pkoi le forex? facilité et rapidité d'utilisation, levier, objectifs sans limite ,
