    I share what I do during the course of real trading. Before it happens. Then the market action passes judgement if I figured it out properly or not. That other guy has not demonstrated any trading skills. He is good at repeating stuff that others come up with first so it looks like he knows something. He is trying to develop a system without knowing how to trade. He wants someone to fund his efforts. Maybe it could work out if someone keeps throwing enough monies at his efforts.
    A good system has many components and they all have to work well together. What are the odds that a newbie trading developer figured all those interactions with his first attempt?

    No, my stuff is not for sale. I share some of what I do with the forum because I have benefited from what others have shared. I think Foxy1 offers his services. His stuff has a few holes but he does seem to be an honest guy who does have some trading skills
