    Dear moderator,

SOrry for bothering you. I have been trying to install the FXCM software for a while but i am encountering some troubles at the end of the installation which doesnt allow me to run the programm.

the message i receive is the following : "transfert from the current codes to the specified codes is not recognised at (line=1; linepos=46)"

I am currently under Window 2000 that i have updated yesterday but still no change. One of my friend has the very same computer and installation (probably whith other updates) and he didnt have any problem to install it.

Do you have an idea of what could be the problem ? Is there any other update required ? did any other member had this issue ?

Can you please if you are not the right people fwd this message to the relevant people ?

Thanks again for your kind support,
    Pierre-ALexandre
