Greg during the power course I posted a trade on my demo GBP/USD daily where the candle had just hit the daily down trend and you had mentioned that if I drill down to 4H and wait for it to break the 4H uptrend and last swing low to enter which was very helpful for me. However that raised 2 more questions for me as a new trader.

    1. Do I make my trade on the 4H chart or go back to daily?

    2. If it breaks through the daily on the other side how do I trade that breakout?

    Thanks

Oho Greg, I understand that you have to be very busy, frankly I don't see how you can get to do your job so well, and still have time to trade, you certainly can't sit all day answering post, and I guess sometimes it will get on top of you. I am cool. I don't take it personally. If I catch you every so often, I will run with that. Take it easy.

Hi Greg, It's by accident that I saw these messages, I never checked here before. So forgive me if I missed any previous contact. Greg, I am sure you hear the frustration in my voice at times and I am sorry for that. Of late I have tried to be less negative as well as try not to let these emotions appear in my post. This frustration comes from the fact that I am breaking the no:1 rule. I have been trading with money that is difficult for me to lose. Not that I absolute can't lose it but it's tough 80% of it gone by way of my own shortcomings. Your patience and guidance to me has been exemplary, an absolute credit to you and your profession. Within recent times I have grown more confident and patient thanks to you and some reading. Who knows, you may just make a trader out of me yet.

    Hi Greg

Perhaps pedantic but shouldn't Kathy Lien's work be cited if cut and pasted onto the forum?

    Hi Gregory,
Your posts are most beneficial. Please answer me this one simple question. How do you save chart snapshots from tradestation charts to use in forums or save as pictures? I know that this must be so basic but I can't find the answer anywhere. Thank You in advance!!

Hi Greg, Question, based on our threads earlier, Is the a list of things of criteria that you look for or check on when assessing a pair on the gaily chart or is it that you just see the chart in a 3D manner and quickly state what you see? If there is a list what is it? This I ask because weather a pair responds as assessed or not, I find a symmetry and logic to what you say as well as Tom, Matt, and the others. I however only see it after you say it. and thats not always instant either.

Hi Greg, Good morning, Re. EUR/JPY when you say a close below 129.89 do you mean the candle closing for the 4 hr period or the day closing?

    Thanks
