I normally trade towards US close or Tokyo close...I'm on US west coast, so these times suit me better... :)
I liked Alexander Elder's books...apart from that most others have many specific techniques/strategies etc...I've stopped using any complicated indicators/systems by now...trendlines, fibs and basic oscillators make my day... :)
Dear Paul, there is no easy way out...you have to put in time and money to get into the habit of trading consistently....our brains are not genetically designed for trading...I have read many a book, signed up for various signal services/courses (which is ok to do), but what helps me still is trading small, keep my discipline and avoid greed/fear...I know, it sounds so simple, yet it is very difficult to do practically day in and day out...trading for me is not a fight with market, but a fight with myself..
HI Maratha,
Are you a full time professional trader? or you still hold a day job? I coming to this trading recently and doing all the things wrong, I would like to be a full time trader later, what can I do to become a good trader? (stop losing monies big time). please give a little advise.
Thank you.
Paul Cheung
