    How do I get forms?

    Many forms that you will need as an FXCM Trading account holder are centrally located at www.myfxcm.com.

    Submitted forms will be processed in 1-2 business days from the date of your request.

    If you do not see the form you are looking for, please contact us, and we will be happy to send the form to you.

    Physical Forms vs. Online Requests

    Myfxcm.com provides clients with the option to make changes to their account as an online request when possible.

    The following changes can be made to your account online from www.myfxcm.com:
    • Change Contact Information
    • Change Banking Information
    • Change Security Information or Password



    • Deposit Funds
    • Withdrawal Funds
    • Transfer Funds between Accounts with a Shared Login
    • Transfer Funds to Create a New Account



    • Change Margin
    • Change Hedging (If available on your account)



    • Run Account Statements
    • Run Account Summaries
    • Get Tax Information



    The following changes can be made to your account with a physical form:
    • Transfer Funds between Accounts with a Different Login
    • Grant Limited Power of Attorney to a Trading Agent
    If you do not see the form or request you are looking for, please contact FXCM’s Client Support by chat or phone.

    How to Complete Forms

    Completing FXCM’s forms are a simple process:

    1) Download the pdf form required from www.myfxcm.com to your computer.
    2) Complete and print the form.
    3) Submit the completed form by email to admin@fxcm.com or by fax using the details below:
