I am having trouble registering for an account. Every time I go through the process online it kicks me out saying that my session has timed out. Once I was able to get to the last screen where you verify your info and it kicked me out again. I am a US resident deployed overseas in Iraq. Shouldn't I still be able to register even though I am deployed here? How can I go about getting registered?
