account still locked

around 6 months ago I did open an microaccount.
I sent transfer fund ,all documents ID, address proof, everything they requested. I can loggin, BUT I CAN NOT OPEN A SINGLE TRADE.
and still I have not solution about this matter.
Any help I will so grateful.
