Prices missing
Hi Nikolay,


The following OPEN, HIGH, LOW and CLOSE prices are missing in 5-minute EURUSD price data (YYYY/MM/DD format) EST time:

2003.03.04.,16:30:00
2003.03.04.,16:35:00
2003.03.04.,16:40:00
2007.04.06.,15:55:00

Could you please check those data?

I have a little bit different image:
06.04.2007 15:50:00 1,3375 1,3376 1,3374 1,3375
06.04.2007 15:55:00 1,3375 1,3376 0 0
08.04.2007 16:30:00 1,3377 1,3377 1,3377 1,3377
But it is strange enough too. I'll send the information to the price engine team and will keep you informed.

To be really exact this is what I am seeing (5-minute Bid prices EST zone):

(in DD/MM/YYYY format)

EUR/USD,04/03/2003 16:30:00,1.0924,1.0929,0,0
EUR/USD,04/03/2003 16:35:00,0,1.0953,0,0
EUR/USD,04/03/2003 16:40:00,0,1.0964,0,0

EUR/USD,06/04/2007 15:55:00,1.3372,1.3373,0,0

I have not checked probably this affects other currency pairs as well.

Now I had time to check whether it affects other currency pairs or not.
I found that my suspicion was correct as it affects other currency pairs
like USDCHF, GBPUSD, USDJPY, EURJPY, GBPJPY as well...

Thank you for your help.

When will these be corrected?

Right now the server team updates the price server application. I met them yesterday, they planned to solve this problem too. I'll keep you informed about the progress.
