There is no update for the Order2Go. The problem appears on the server. The server team confirmed the problem, so it will be fixed asap. It's out of my hands now, but in case I get any news about this issue I'll notify your immediately.

I am getting the same error with the following Connection Name:
DBFXUSDD1
If your issue is a server one then I don't know if this will be useful to you or not.
Are you able to let me know when this issue has been resolved on the servers?
Also can you let me know if this issue relates only to the DEMO environments or if it is an issue in the LIVE/REAL environments too?

The Cond_Dist I get is always zero. Have you had this kind of situation ? Is this a variable that I can change ?

I have been notified today the patch is released to QA, so, I think it will in on the production this or next Friday. |

Cond_Dist is usually zero for the Forex Real setups. As far as I know this the system setup-level property, but, I'll ask whether it could be changed for a particular account. |

Will I need to install a new version of Order2Go or will the error just stop occurring?
Will solve the error on both DBFXUSDD1 and GBDEMO?

You will not need to install any new version of the Order2Go. As soon as the fix will be applied to the servers, the error will just stop occurring.

Order2Go - Micro Account
Does this error occur on the servers that feed Micro accounts? I guess better question would be - does Order2Go work with Micro accounts?

Order2Go works with any account, the Trading Station can work with. The only problem which could appear on the Micro account is that Micro account can have multiple sessions disabled, so you can use either Trading Station or Order2Go at the same moment. |

Do you know if the fix was added last Friday?
I am still getting these errors. They do not occur every time but they do occur several times each day.
If the changes haven't yet been implemented then do you know when they are likely to be?

I discussed the release yesterday, the server developers said that the patch was deployed. I'll try to reproduce the situation on my side to provide them more details about the problem. In case the problem will appear again on your side, could you please send me the account and order numbers, I'll pass it too to the server developers to help them reveal the problem faster.

I have had the issue again on one of my accounts with the following connection name:
DBFXUSDD1
I have attached the following screenshot (20091102-001.bmp).
I also had an error on GBDEMO but was unable to capture the details.
