retrieve prices crashes app on new practice accounts but not old one

I'm experiencing a strange problem. A practice account which was opened on June 14th works fine with my app, as have all previous practice accounts. However, new practice accounts always crash on the first attempt to retrieve price data. I've done this multiple times to confirm that this is the case. I've absolutely made sure that the only difference in code between the apps which use the old practice account (which works) and the new practice accounts (which crash) is the account ID, the account password, and the account number. Both new and old accounts log in fine, but the new accounts crash on the first attempt to retrieve price information. I need more than one practice account to compare different strategies. Also, the old practice account will run out in a couple of weeks. Please assist.

Please check whether you use AccountID column of the Accounts table. The described situation looks like you use AccountName (as account is displayed in the TradingStation), not AccountID.
