Thank you for your post ewaves and guren!

I am going to follow up with you directly regarding a TSG account. At this point we do offer TSG accounts for our standard account holders, and further information can be found here.

Also, regarding the JAVA platform, if you are on a wireless connection, you may get an ORA error, and usually hard-wiring the connection resolves this issue. I have run into a similar issue on my home laptop (ORA-2) and after hard-wiring the connection I have never received that error again.

If you have the same or a similar question, please feel free to email me directly or post it here!

Thank you again ewaves and guren!

    Hi Iambuking,

    Welcome to the Micro Forum!

Unfortunately, the web-based platform is currently available to web-based accounts that are dedicated to that platform option. You will have to choose one or the other.

Is there a certain reason why you want to use the web-based platform sometimes, but not all the time? Please let me know what difficulties you are facing with your current account setup to allow me to find a solution that meets your needs.

Thanks and have a great day!

    Hi,

I tend to access my account at two different locations. One at my home where I can access pretty much anything and other at my office where there is a firewall. I need to use the web based platform for office.Let me think if web based will be ok at home also. How much time it will require to shift.

    With Regards,

Also I just saw that there is an option in the transfer form which says balance transfer. I am not sure what this means. Shouldn't the whole account get transferred as it is. It is only a platform change right especially if i won't be able to use my TS2 platform anymore.

    Hi Iambuking,

For balance transfer you can just put the entire amount of your current account. Standard accounts have the option of having more than 1 account. So they might break their account in half to split between TS2 and TSG.

I recommend testing out a Demo TSG account at work to ensure that it does in fact work and that you are comfortable with all the feature differences. Here is a link to Open a Demo TSG account and you can log into the web based platform here: https://tsg.fxcorporate.com/

Let me know how that goes and also if you have any other questions.

    Thanks!

Hi Rob . How have you been doing these days ?

I also wanted to use the web based along with the TS2 platform , I
think most of the people will like to enjoy the freedom of using both
platforms as the same time , especially when you keep in mind that
TS2 has many features that Web based doesn't , and the web base
allow you quick access from any randomly PC. Personally I started
use internet on the go , so its become less important . However, It
will be good news when you will back to offer web base platform
    for regular accounts.

    Happy Holidays . Dror.

    Hi Dror,

Nice to speak with you again!

Having a hybrid account that will work on Trading Station II and the Trading Station Gateway is something we are working on implementing in the future. Currently, the Trading Station Gateway runs on specific servers only, and does not work on our default servers. This is why you have to transfer your account to a TSG account so that your account can be migrated to these servers.

We will let you know when this feature becomes available. Thanks again for your feedback and suggestions guys!

    Micro avvount with TSG platform

    Hi,

I am in a spot of bother now. I asked my account to be transferred to TSG platform. However now my account is also changed to a standard account. What I wanted to have was to have a micro account along with TSG platform. is the TSG platform not available for micro account holders as of now. If not please let me know the method to convert my account back to micro account.

    With Regards,
    Ravi Shankar
