Corte declaró exequible decretos madre de la emergencia invernal
Con ponencia del magistrado Mauricio González que fue acogida integralmente por los magistrados de la Corte se aprobaron los decretos.
La Corte analizó inicialmente los aspectos de forma y verificó que los decretos tuvieran la firma del Presidente de la República y sus ministros, que tuviera un término, (la emergencia fue decretada por 30 días y luego fue prorrogada), que abarcara un territorio y que existiera una motivación.
Finalmente se examinó que la emergencia hubiera sido comunicada a la ONU y la OEA.
