Estudio debate regulación de Federación en gremio del café
Colombia debe darle un giro a la actual política cafetera de producción y exportación.
“Es necesario abrir la posibilidad de producir y exportar diversas variedades y calidades de café, que respondan a las distintas demandas del mercado para no depender de una sola variedad y calidad del grano”.
Así lo señala el estudio sobre “Mercado mundial del café y su impacto en Colombia”, realizado por varios autores, y liderado por el codirector del Banco de la República y exministro de Agricultura, Carlos Gustavo Cano.
