Hora de declarar para las personas naturales
¿Cuáles son los plazos que tienen las personas naturales, sucesiones ilíquidas y las personas naturales residentes en el exterior para presentar su declaración de renta y pagar el impuesto?
El Gobierno Nacional, a través del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, expidió el Decreto 4907 de diciembre de 2011, por el cual se fijan los lugares y plazos para la presentación de las declaraciones tributarias, y para el pago de los impuestos, anticipos y retenciones en la fuente.
