How do I get the server URL?

I have tried to run the demo, but it exits with:
=>Error: Connection reset
I tried to put my demo account setting to the properties file but I got the same results.

Also, it seems that there are different URLs and "connection" for each user. How can I dynamically find them?

Regarding dynamic report acquisition; I suppose that the URL may be the same for all, but how can I get the "connection" property for different users?

Is it supposed to work only in conjuction with Java API?

Unfortunately, there is no dynamic connection discovery.
