Question How to license code using FXCMs API

I would like some guidelines on how to license code based on FXCM APIs. Since it contains information derived from FXCMs documents and code I suppose you might have restrictions. Please let me know if such exist.
Also, can I upload source code on their corresponding forums?

Thank you

Distributing Report API Programs

You are able to distribute applications that use the Report API. You are also able to discuss the code in this forum. However, you cannot distribute the actual API. If you would like to post example applications or code, please email them along with details to systemtrading@fxcm.com.

If you would like a colleague to obtain it, that can request access to it through the form located at:
http://www.fxprogrammers.com/api_request.htm

So when we sell our product, we will need each customer to seperately make a request for the API?

Clients are able to install a runtime version of the API, available at:
http://www.fxcorporate.com/Order2Go/FXOrder2GoRE.EXE

This installation only contains the necessary files to run Order2Go applications without including the tools necessary for programming.

If a client installed the Order2Go API does that allow an application developed with the Report API to function correctly?

Your client will need to fill in the request form for the Report API at the following link:

The Report API is generally not intended to be used to create a distributable product. Please email systemtrading@fxcm.com referencing this thread along with a description of your product and what you intend to do so that we can fully evaluate the situation without you having to disclose anything unneccessarily publicly.

Oh - you might want to change the requirements then.

They says:

Quote:
The API must be used for a commercial or distributable product.
That is where I was confused - I thought this was for a distributable product.
