Problem with demo

i get the following error when trying to run the demo

the account number is a client account number and has been changed for security reasons

why am i getting this error.

That doesn't look like an error. That looks like the URL you should be opening in your browser to obtain the report.

what username and password do i need to use

What username and password should I be using to access the API? my RB login, My Mt4 Login....

Your merchant login or your FXCM Trading Station II login (not MT4) should work.
