Missing bars / missing data : PLEASE UPDATE
FXCM guys,
There are at least 3 active threads reporting issues with the Strategy Trader data feed. I have also sent 'private messages' on the topic, and raised it on the FXCM helpdesk 3 times.
But I see no improvement, and no update on the status.
Please can you update us on the status of this issue.
PS: I also email strategytrader@fxcm.com

I have reported this problem at 5th may 2012, but it is still not fixed. Please see this link (cannot display daily charts from 30 april to now).
The daily bars and some intraday bars does not update.
I hope FXCM can give us a time schedule on fixing this problem.

Still not possible to use the platform.
I am starting to believe that FXCM has a problem in the protocol used between their price servers and the API that ST uses (not sure if it is the new cross-platform or the older Order2Go). So maybe it is that part of the ST client that is not working correctly together with the servers?
Not further developing ST is one thing I can accept, but not fixing something that basic which kills the platform entirely for us to use is certainly unacceptable. This is something that FXCM should be capable of fixing short-term.
Regards,
Martin

I have also emailed strategytrader@fxcm.com several days ago, but there is no response email.
It looks that they do not care about the strategy trader users and not intend to fix this bug.
The wise decision to to move to other platforms.
