    Angry Micro platform

    I have notice the platform is behaving weird lately. The chart and all the price quotes will just freeze down there. It didn't move for long time. Its back to normal after i restarted the platform but it will go back to freezing in few mins time.

    Is this occurring on a Real account or a Demo? Please email your account number at rob@fxcmmicro.com if it is a real account.

    We have had issues with our demo servers where this can occur on some of the demo accounts. We are aware of this issue and are fixing it as we speak. If this is a live account, please email ASAP. Thanks!

    Lucky enough its on the Demo server.. I hope it wouldn't happen on the Real a/c. Really hope this issue can be gone asap. As i will be starting my Live trading soon and don't wish to see this kind of serious technical fault happening on either Demo or Real here on fxcmmicro.

    I have not come across a case where this is happening to a real account. Also, FXCM has a strong policy where if an account incurs losses because of a technical issue on FXCM's side, FXCM will make things whole by giving reimbursements for the amount lost.
