Micro platform is down on weekend.
Hi why can't i access to my demo a/c during weekend? I normally prefer to do my review on weekend to see how good or bad my trades are for that week. But now with micro, i can't do that..
Why does Micro has to close during the weekend? Isit just only for Demo? Does Real a/c also the same.. off on weekend?

Josh Please be aware that some weekends, we do system maintenance and when that happens, you will not be able to log into the demo / live or your accounts profile page (myfxcm.com).

Normally when a demo expires, you simply cannot log into it. I haven't seen a demo have its funds be completely deleted before. I know we have been working on the Demo servers and this may have caused this. I would recommend signing up for a new demo. They are free and you can create as many as you'd like. Let me know if you have any further questions, thanks!

You are correct. The trading desk is open 24 hours a day during the week from 5pm New York time on Sunday to 4pm New York time on Friday. FXCM will use the weekend when the trading desk is closed to perform routine maintenance on systems and also to do updates.
Clients can check the real-time system status by clicking here (System Status).
