Hi, I have the same the problem as you. From settings I changed it in the local time and nothing happened. I'm sure it's a bug in the platform. Someone from the administrators can give us a more analytical answer.

Hello Slim, Thomas Notas, and thank you for your posts!

How do I change the time zone on the Trading Station platform and Marketscope 2.0 charts?

The FXCM Trading Station platform is built to be flexible and meet the needs of your trading styles and strategies. To change the time zone that is being displayed on your platform and charts, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Click on “System” in the upper right corner and select “Options.”

Step 2: Next, click on “General Trading” to access the section of the Options menu that contains the time zone information.

Step 3: On the right side of the options, click on “View format of time field” and select the time zone that will work the best for you.

UTC – Coordinated Universal Time format. UTC is the time zone that you should select to st your Trading Station platform to GMT time.
Server – Server time is the default selection and is set to East Standard Time (EST).
Local – Local time will set the platform to whatever the time is on your own computer.
Financial Time – Financial time will set the time to where 00:00 represents the beginning of the trading day.

Step 4: To save the changes click on “Apply” in the lower right corner of the options menu and then click on “OK.”

Congratulations! You should be all set now. Please click here for more information about the Trading Station platform and Marketscope 2.0 charts.

I am experiencing issues with changing the time zone of my platform and charts, or it is not changing correctly. What should I do?

The error you are experiencing may be due to an issue with the platform itself. If you are experiencing any technical difficulties with the platform, most of those issues can be resolved with a simple uninstall and reinstall of the platform (Trading Station Whats New FAQ - November 2011 Update). Make sure you uninstall all instances of the platform before reinstalling.

Uninstalling and reinstalling will automatically update the platform. Please click here (Trading Station Whats New FAQ - January 2012 Update) to find out what's new!

If you are still experiencing the same issue after carefully following all of my instructions, step by step, then please send me a detailed description of the error along with any screenshots you can provide (Problem with marketscope) of that error, and I would be more than happy to continue to troubleshoot the issue with you.

Please let me know either way whether or not you are able to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance for your time and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
