This has been happening for the past two weeks: when I switch time-frames from the drop down menu in Marketscope for any given currency pair, now more often than not the entire platform freezes up! The tabs for each chart read "loading.." and the chart(s) themselves go blank.

No matter how long I let it sit, it never un-freezes. I have to close everything down and hope I can get it back by re-launching. When I do get it back, all lines have been erased from all my charts, leaving only previously installed indicators in place.

What is causing this and why is it happening now? Before the update, TS/Marketscope never did this. I think it froze up maybe one time in six months. Now it's every day, and always as the result of changing a timeframe.
