Thank you for visiting the FXCM Trading Station Update Center. This site will provide clients with real-time information on the status of the Trading Station and all FXCM services. Feel free to book mark this page, and come here anytime you experience a technical issue with your account.
__________________ *** Weekend System Status ***
The trading desk closes on Friday 4pm ET. The trading desk will re-open on Sunday at 5:15pm ET.
Over the weekend, FXCM conducts regularly scheduled maintenance on our trading servers. During this time, the Trading Station and MyFXCM website may be inaccessible.
On most weekends, regularly scheduled maintenance begins around 6:30pm Friday and ends around 12:00am Saturday. On some occasions, our maintenance operations may last throughout the entire weekend.
You will be able to log into your account at the conclusion of the maintenance period. At the latest, you will be able to log in when the trading desk re-opens on Sunday at 5:15pm ET.

FXCM would be happy to review the market execution of any recent trade. If you would like a trade formally reviewed, please submit the ticket number, the nature of the execution inquiry, and other details of the trade using this form.
The trade audit committee will then contact you as soon as possible with a resolution to the inquiry. In the meantime, please manage the trade as you see is appropriate.
