So, just to confirm, there is no more trailing stop either?? And no "Advanced Button" in the 'Create Market Order' dialog box? Sorry, I have to ask specifically, because I watched the trailing stop videos and ended up reinstalling FXCM Micro Station II like four times thinking I did something wrong.
I just need to know whether I need to be my own trailing stop now, and it is no longer automatic...

    TygerKrane:

You are correct, if your account is with FXCM Micro US, you will no longer have the ability to use trailing stop and the advanced button is gone as well. The post below has all the videos that can help you get more educated on the new features.

    Hi thunderbird803,

You cannot add robots to the Trading Station II, but we are currently beta testing a platform with this capability called Strategy Trader. Here is a link where you can find more info and also download a demo account:

    Strategy Trader | FXCM

Most information can be found at that site. Let me know if you have problems finding anything. Thanks!

    Hello

I need the previous version of the installing file of Trading Station as I always got an error during installation of the current one.
I am attaching a screenshot with the error.

Do you have the same file (but for
Micro accounts) as the following one? ( I tried this one and it was successfully installed)

    Hello timusan,

Looking at the images you provided, it seems there is an error in the copy of the installation file you downloaded. First, I would like to know if, when installing the software, you were using a wireless connection?

We strongly recommend using a physical connection whenever trading or installing the software. In this case, please uninstall the software and remove any trace of the previous installation file, this includes deleting temp. internet files from the browser. Also, if you saved this to your desktop and/or to another folder, you must remove that as well. We want to make sure any trace of the previous installment is removed.

After you have completely removed any trace, you may proceed to reinstalling the software. Please make sure you have a direct physical internet connection. Click HERE to install the Trading Station Software.

If you have any other questions please feel free to email me or post here in the forum.

    My email is: ed@fxcmmicro.com

    Best,

    Ed

    Hello Nataraj,

That is a great question! We do have a web based trading platform that is available for our standard account holders. The web based platform is designed to look like the FXCM Trading Station, however because it is web based the system is less affected by distance and connectivity.

I would be happy to send you a demo log in and provide you more information regarding our web based platform if you are interested. Please post here on the forums or send me an email and I will be happy to assist you further.

Please let me know if there is anything else I may assist you with.
Thank you for being a part of our trading community!

I’m looking forward to hearing from you!
