    Login Failed

    Hi All,

    Are you all still having trouble logging in?

    I have been trying for a while and keep getting :

    "Login Failed"

    I can't log on, (login failed) after numerous attempts. Sunday 15th March 17:14 GMT. I have reinstalled the platform still no joy. What am I supposed to do?

    Sorry to disturb again but shouldn't trading be open now Sunday 18.06?

    I've only been on for a couple of days but i thought that we could start trading at 17.00

    Does it normally take this long to open trading?

    I'm just really curious as i have been staring at my screen for the past hour or so waiting for some movement.

    Is it normally open at 5.15pm pronto or does it vary ?

    haha lol at this time the trading is very slow and the spreads are very high best of luck to u for tommorow though i will also trade tommorow not nw

    Hello Malteser,

    In my experience, it usually opens around 5:15pm. Also, as I was told by FXCM Micro, that a lot of times, they are doing updates so logging into the platform may not be possible. So next time, if you aren't able to log into the platform over the weekend, you know why! =)

    Hi Wall St King,

    Thanks for thr info. I had a few open trades and was getting a little worried however all went well in the end. In future I will be more cautious with my Friday trading and will monitor Sundays for a while .

    oh yeah! I would be very careful on trading and leaving trades open over the weekend. One word "gaping". People should read up on. Here, FXCM has some info on that http://www.forexmicrolot.com/execution-risks.jsp

    Oh yeah I tried that when I first started trading, FXCM sometimes do maintenance. So the best time to do it is over the weekend. Go to Dailyfx.com for their graphs, and other stuff. You can learn a lot from them, they helped me!
